My loacal dealership is giving a price of $7099 for a new 05 Sportsman 800. Is this a good price or are people paying less than that?

I paid $7800.00 in april for mine and then 800.00 in sales tax!!

 

It was pretty simple cutting the holes in the pod was probably the hardest thing.

 

Did the guages work with the stock sensors or did you have to add your own to work with them?

 

I had to take the stock temp sensor out and install the one that came with the kit. You take a allen head plug out of the block to hook up your oil pressure gauge.

 

i paid $8700.00 out the door in Nov 04 good price at the time.

 

I paid $16,000.00 for 2 2005 800EFI"s out the door this past May.....I could have bought the same 2 for under 14 grand at Chattanooga but the dealers within 60 mile radius here has made it clear they will not work onanything from Southern Power Sports so there ya go..
