Did you race them and if so, what was the outcome?
What were the mods on the DS650 if any? Thanks, I trust your information as you've always been straight forward and willing to help.

The ds owner was loading his bike when i got to the riding spot , he took the ds off the trailor so that i could take some pics. It would have been nice to know.
the ds is stock , only changed the rear tires.
ps-- he sold his piped banshee for the ds.

It's crazy how much bigger the DS is!!
I prefer the DS styling though...and yellow is way cooler than blue...just details, on great machines

 

Paul, no way the DS looks better. The DS looks like something an alien would ride. The Raptor looks like a sleek giant wasp ready to devour some prey. Besides, look at the photo, and see how wimpy the DS rear end looks compared to the Raptors.

 

Just took a look at the pictures.

Although I am partial to the Raptors look
and sharp blue color(as are most of the Ladies
I know, in fact everyone I have talked to who have seen both Quads).

I say one thing; Man those are some Great Lookin'

The ds looks ugly?? nah, i think it looks cool. And for all of you guys saying that the raptor is so much better then a ds..i have 3 words. Bring It On!

 

I think they both look pretty righteous! My only complaint about the DS650 is how large it is! I sat on one last year, and I felt like a dwarf. (But the built in area for an Analog Tach is nice!)
