Default went to buy outy 800 today

of course they were completely out and werent expecting any for a while...so i did some shopping around

the price was shocking and i know everyone is gonna get on me for this but 9399.00 for the xt and 10,300 for the xtmax..that is alot, i was also looking at the brute force and it really is nice--7599.otd

that is a huge difference 7599 to 9399....maybe i am missing something but they seem pretty close in comparision...

also dont want to have to chat in 2 separate forums if i get the BF. yes i am that lazy!

whats the 2000 price difference?

Alright dude you are confusing me. In the Kawasaki forum you stated that you could get an Outty for $8,200 otd, and in here you said that you would have to pay $9,399, so which one is it? If it is the $8,200, then there is about a $2,000 difference if you can find a dealer getting rid of their 05 Brute Forces. I got mine a few weeks ago for $6,242 otd. You can compare the two all you want, do a search on the two and it will make your head explode their is so many opinions. Ride both, if you think that the Outty is worth the more money, then get it. Opinions are just that, opinions, get what you want and what makes you feel good about the purchase. Both the Kawasaki and Bomb forums will support you and help you out when you need it.

Unless someone can tell me why I shouldn't I am picking up a standard bomb 800 tomorrow. Out the door 8145.00 brand new, I even told the stealer I wanted one with zero miles on it, not one that has been test rode and he said no problem.

that price was for the standard stripped down model.. at that time i did not realize they had 3 models --standard, xt and max..sorry to confuse you..

basically i am looking for the machanically slow explanation of the 2, thats all trying to get real life comparisions of the outy and bf...before i buy one

i cant understand why someone would buy the standard version and spend the money on the accesories later...so it is 9300ish otd for the xt or a BF for 7500ish

Right so go and buy the 2 bumpers + the 26inch radails wetlands + the 2500 warn winch + pay to have it installed my friend you are only lacking about 600 dollers diff. then Buuuuuuuut you get more power, better handling, better ride, EFI. i'am not just saying this becouse i have a bomb 800 but if you have a bf750 with stock tires & rims drive slow becouse the handling suuuuuucks so know you have another give or take 400-600 for tire kit. This is only my opinion i used to have a p700 modded awsome bike but i do ride with kawie guy's that have the bf750 and there's no comparison.

Chris,
I just paid 6599 OTD for my 05 Brute Im in MI. and there asking retail for the Outty over $2500 diffrence. I love the Brute its very very fast. I dont think it handles as good as the Outty from what Ive read. I would of like to get the Outty but for the price of the brute I couldnt beat it. Plus I was price motivated. I have herd of some one buying a Brute in I think it was in Indiana for 6299 OTD. Thats a killer price. To improve the handling I turned my wheels around and switched sides so there going the same direction but wider. this helped alot!!

so far Im really happy w/ my buy!! If you have any questions just ask

I like my outty much better than the brute force. Get the xt, has winch, better grip tires, hand guards, better front bumper that looks nicer as well. Paid 8800 for mine, had a few test drive miles on also got 5 year warrentee for free.
