Removing stickers from plastic
#1
Every time I wash my quad the WARNING and CAUTION stickers threaten to come off. I've had enough trying to salvage them but now I want them off. I've tried pressure washing them off, peeling, and melting them off, all useless unless I want to spend a few hours at it. Does anyone have an EZ way to get these stickers off?

i have only removed stickers on yamahas
and this was a trick an autobody tech
told me to try. boil some water and poor
over sticker a little at a time .
peel slow at first until u feel sticker
cool and slow down . poor again till
done. it took me a couple trys until
i could pull it off and leave no residue
or keep the sticker from seperating
good luck

I used a hair dryer and a dull putty knife to remove my warning stickers. Didn't take long at all. If that doesn't work, go to a car parts store, 3M sells a sticker adhesive remover. I was told this product worked well, but never used it myself.

Go to Wal-Mart and get a bottle of Goo Gone. It takes two seconds to remove stickers. Rub it on with a cloth, peel up one end and you can rip them right off with nothing left behind. Best stuff in the world for sticker removal.

My stickers on my Foreman peeled right off, but I've rubbed paint thinner on other stubborn stickers (like State Park windshield stickers) and they came right off.
