can some one tell me why the 450r shocks are better than the 400ex shocks

 

the shocks on the ex are only preload adjustable. The shocks on the 450r are fully adjustable meaning you can tweak the compression and rebound. They also have resoivers and the 400ex doesnt. The front shocks on the 450r are able to take bigger landing and also offer alittle bit more travel.
