Predator questions

I broke in my Pred today and did the oil change. While riding I noticed that the rear suspension was way too stiff. I am going to adjust it but want to know what is the recommended sag for front and rear ? Also on the Pure Polaris/ White Bros pipe - where can I get the additional disks ? Does this pipe have the quiet core insert ? Overall I'm definitely pleased with my purchase. Now jsut a little fine tuning and it'll be ready to rip. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Congrats on the new ride. First thing I would do is loosen up the pre-load spring on the front and back. I'm a pretty big guy (225lbs) and loosened the back up all the way, and the front is about 3/4 the way up. See how that feels and you can adjust dampening from there if you need to, but I didn't need to.
Disks for the WB pipe can be found at RockyMountainATV.

my preference is to turn out the Valveing on the rear shock 4 clicks, and 3 clicks on the front shocks, it was perfect to me and didnt bottom out, it dosnt give you 100% travel like weboppers set up, but it keeps you from killing yourself

As for suspension........read the manual to find out what everything does(so you don't get hurt by wrong settings) and this will also help you find a starting point, using a ratchet strap........then from there on, just mess with stuff, devote an afternoon to it!!!!
Do you not like loud exhausts, is that the reason for the extra disks?? If not, the power is actually in removing all of that stuff on your pipe, and putting a turn down tip on......and the sounds is still pretty good too!!! PM RAJ for more details.

Well........I'm not totally sure.......I know the turn down tip is not for water.......it is for performance(it gives the right amount of back pressure, and torque).......I personally have mine all the way cleaned out, except for the end cap........but I also have the carb mods........
Like I said.......pm raj.......he's done a lot of research/testing on these setups, and knows more about it than I do........one thing to keep in mind though is that we both have the carb mods........

I've personally not tried the turn down.....but would if I had the tip(know it is the better mod).......so I don't know how loud it is.........I do know the hmf is loud!!! So I doubt the pp/wb pipe is quite as loud as the hmf.......but might be close.
