Hello I'm looking at a 2000 400ex that has a powdercoated frame that looks to have a hairline crack above the right shock tower and is equipped with elka's with zero preload and was wandering if powdercoating is usually known to crack or that the frame might been under more stress from ramping or being rode hard the rest of the wheeler is in great shape he's including the original plastic that is in fair shape with no cracks or breaks. I was also thinking if the frame was cracked it would obvious it would have other major problems like a bent frame or a-arms or something of that nature.

just give me your input on this whether or not I should spend my money on something thats been abused or not
