I am thinking about getting the UNI Air filter for my Wife's 2004 TrailBoss 330. UNI Model Number: NU-8504ST

Does Anyone else have this filter?

I am trying to find out if it is a Dual Stage filter, or a single stage filter?

I can't get an answer from UNI, and no one online seams to carry it!

The K&N Filter for the TrailBoss 330 is available almost everywhere, but there's alot of people that talk about dust still getting threw K&N filter's on ATV's...

Does anyone know of any other filters available for this ATV?

I had a K&N filter on my moded 250 for about 2yrs and doing a routine top end rebuild the cylinder was still perfect. It had the cross hatches in the walls and no scoring on the walls. I have a K&N on my 330. I have K&N filters on my off road trucks. One of the trucks I just got stroked and bored. After 3yrs of mudding and off roading with the same truck it also had no wear because of dirt. I am a certified mechanic and I believe with the proper maintinence of the filter the K&N is a great . I know some will agree and some will not. Just my experience with the K&N.

 

I have the uni on my wifes trailboss, it is a 2 stage. Good product.
