Default DS Jetting, what to do ??

02' DS-650 Baja
-Complete Trinity Race Exhaust
-K&N Air Filter
-Dynajet Kit
-UMI High Performance CDI
-Barnett 9 Plate Carbon Fiber Clutch Kit

I have tried to get the jetting right, stage 1 & 3, airbox on/off, at high revs the bike does not want to bounce off the limiter, revs out at different rpm's in every gear. What do you suggest me to try???

Since you have a Baja..you have a tac. What rpm is the tac getting to. Maybe it's the UMI CDI

First, sorry for the late reply, this is how far behind I am in reading up on the forum.
Second, my experience with the Trinity is that it falls off hard on top end compared to a stock exhaust- it may not make it to the rev limiter.
Third, I've had no success with the dynojet kit. Until we come up with something better, we are still using oem jets and needle.
Good luck
