Default what tires for my 2005 rubicon

I'm looking to up grade to a 26" tire kit on my 05 rubicon. I'll use them mainly for the mud and snow and use the factory tires for trail riding. So far I have looked at the 589 but they look a little heavy, also I've heard some good things about the mud bugs and the mud lights. Any suggestions or other tire options and who has the best price on the complete kits?

Just put a set of 26” 589 on my 01 ruby, and there was no noticeable power loss. Can’t wait to see how they are in the snow

Got mud lites on mine. Love em', they do very well in the mud and great for trail riding. I wouldn't see no need to save your factory's for that. Sell the factory's and add that to your price for aftermarkets.

Hey Mark You may want to look at Outlaw MTS ( By Highlifter) just put some on and think they are as good as if not better than most, buy online at atvoutfitters.com. No sense in going to a 26 only half inch gain. I also installed full set of Progressive 512 shocks. that way you can adjust your hieght by about 2" , however a little spendy
