upset w/online dealer

i posted this yesterday but i think i put it in the wrong place. i purchased 3 atvs from highrpm, they billed my account for 6 atvs. this caused a great deal of grief for me. eventually i was able to get the problem fixed. the people at rpm seem not to even care about what happened,whats more is that they cant seem to tell me the status of my order.only that they should have been shiped,but no confirmation or tracking #. i think i may have made a big mistake.!!!!!!
