I just got one about a month ago too. this is what ive herd and plan on doing.
first dynojet kit the brute is jetted lean from the factory and this helps a ton. I noticed it right away mine was poping

second the tires are junk from what I herd Im going for a radial prob a kenda bounty hunter or a carlisle radial badland xtr or act's

third is a cdi or a moose module

these three are a good start and if any one has any thing to add please do.

Sam, as far as the Dynojet kit try this first. I asked my dealer about a recall on the front needle. I then posted a message in here and they told me that there was a "technical service bulletin" on it, not a recall. In other words, the dealer knows there is a problem but he doesnt have to fix it unless you ask them. I took mine in and they had it back in two days with a new needle, problem solved, and it was free. Try that and it will save you a few bucks on the dynojet. Good luck

What exactly is a dyna cdi? Where can I get it? How much do they cost? I just got a 2006 Brute Force 750 and so far I love it. Lots of power. I hope to get bigger tires and wheels . Will this help?

This is where you get it as far as what it does it advances the timing which makes it run much better. Tere is a post on highlifter.com that all brute owners should read about the wiring coroding mine has allready started to.

just so you know, another thing to look into is new tie rods and ends, the cap on the back of my inner apparently popped out and filled with mud. I was riding today and had just set down a wheelie and hit the next small bump at like 5mph and there it went bam! added 400ex tie rods and ends tonight by moose... I think they will be ALOT better and stronger
