700 EFI Arctic Cat is on the way!

Yup, look for it in Feb/Mar. As far as I can gather it is the KQ engine. One I saw was red, so no I don't think it is the H1.

well the lil advertiesment said that it is the single cylinder. ohhhhh baby do i want one i guess the prowler has some competition in my book for what i want [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

That sounds great, but I was hopping arctic cat would start making all of their own motors. That way, they are not dependent on another manufacture and then they would be all USA. Just my thought.

They have been using Suzuki/Kawasaki motors for so long... It is good that they are starting to develope their own now, but I for one don't mind if they take some time and do it right. Give 'em some time to learn from the H1 before they forge out into efi and other things.

Yes you are so true, but hopefully someday arctic cat will be totally self sufficent. I think they are great quads now,exp for mudding, but to eventually not have to depend on any other manufacture for their motors will be benificial in the end. Hopefully they are perfecting their motor concepts now for the future.[/quote]
When you wish upon a star. You may get the “Chinese Curse” You get what you wish for.
The largest single owner of Arctic Cat is Suzuki. The argument can be made that their support is the key to AC’s stellar performance this year.
