89 blaster 240 good deal or no?
#1
im buying a 89 blaster 240 the plastics got no stress marks in them. it has a dc front bumper dg silencer fmf pipe dg nerf bars skidplate starts fast needs carb to be cleaned which i can do and comes with 2 extra sets of back tires and one extra set of front tires it starts right up. it ran good didnt sound like it had any air leaks and felt like it had good compression and it felt like it had a load of power. it has a aftermarket rear brake caliper which is hydrolic and needs to be blead and the headlight only works on high beam and the tail light needs a bulb. im paying 650$ good deal?

Yes very good deal...i would say go for it. The headlight problem is probably just a bad bulb...i have the same problem on mine and it is just the bulb. Even if you had to do $500 of work that is still a good deal.

dude...if the bulb was dead, it wouldnt even work on high beam.He said it works on high beam only.I have the same problem with my right rappy headlight.i have to wiggle the wires wround for it to work on high beam.It will only work on low unless i wiggle the wires around leading into it.It is only a contact for the wire to the bulb.

Dude, your bulb can partially burn out and leave only one setting working. IE; headlights only work on high or low, not both. Or your brake light goes out when you hit the brake, etc.
