baught the blaster 240 got a couple of questions.

Default baught the blaster 240 got a couple of questions.

first its a nice bike but its got hydrolic back brakes and i dont know how to bleed them anyone know how to??


2nd when i turn the wheel to the right it almost dies out unless i give it gas and when i pull in the clutch the idle stays a little high so what do you guys think i should do/

Default baught the blaster 240 got a couple of questions.

there should be a bleeder screw on the brake somewhere....and check your throttle cable for sticking and if it is routed correctly through the frame

Default baught the blaster 240 got a couple of questions.

the bleeder will be on the rear caliper for the rear brakes, and you need to open that bleeder enough and squeese the brakes and pump them. then keep putting in fluid carefully not getting any bubbles and when the bleeder spits out no more air, close the bleeder valve

Default baught the blaster 240 got a couple of questions.

will that make the back brakes work because i see the pads closing in but not enough to grab the rotor and i cant figure out how to get that damn red cap off to put fluid in

Default baught the blaster 240 got a couple of questions.

i dont know what rear brake kit you have but the one i had used shims between the caliper halves. if the pads are moving enough and you have shims start taking them out one by one until the brakes grab good but dont rub when you arent on them.
