Default which one should i buy
I am stuck between buying a 2004 yamaha warrior or a 2006 honda trx 250. What do you recogmend.

Unless you're not comfortable using a clutch, there's no question. The warrior is a better atv in every respect. More power, better suspension, much more upgradeable, just as reliable, etc.
