Default Throat mic or in-helmet mic?

Which is more comfortable to use? It seems like the in-helmet would be better but it also seems it would be hard to put the helmet on with an ear piece(s) and a mic.

Default Throat mic or in-helmet mic?

My helmet has indentations for the speakers near the ears. The speakers are small - about a 1" diameter disc that is about 3/8" thick (Collett brand). The mouthpiece sits far enough away that it doesn't get inthe way when putting your helmet on, plus it's on a flexable tube.

Downsides to the vox is that you'll need a full face helmet to keep out wind noise plus you sometimes have to blow into the mike to talk or you'll not transmit the first few words.
