LAtely my there has been a clicking or slight banging noise coming from somewhere around my crakcase. It also sputters at high rpm and has less power than before. I dont know what to do, pleae give me some ideas, thanks

 

The Last time my wolverine did that , it was because of dirt and water getting into my carborator so i cleaned it and it was good as new.
