I dont know what to do, i feel it isnt my fault but how can i prove that it isnt? how can i prove the sensors faulty? Mom thinks we should contact better business burea or her brother(lawyer) if they wont fix the damages as my life could have been lose, and i DO NOT want to call bbb or a lawyer im just not like that.

How old is the quad? How many hours/ miles are on it? This is what may dictate your next move. I would try to have the dealer fix the problem at his cost if possible. One thing is for certain; I would have a Dealer repair the bike and verify cause. I it happens again there may be liability for the dealer.

Are you sure you didn't hit the button by mistake. I can see if someone was in a hairy situation that they could accidently push the 4X4 button. Just a thought.... I doubt you would get anywhere unless you can prove that switch is faulty. If you can, try to duplicate the problem when you get it running.

I would think that a good Dealer might take the quad in and at the very least check some basic wiring/ hardware issues. It would be good business practice on his end and possibly could prevent a lawsuit against his business. If the Dealer were to deny you YES coverage and say that it was user error that caused the accident then dismissed your compliant, he is basically saying that the quad is working properly as designed. If you then had a severe accident because of a flaw it would certainly expose him to civil penalties.
