Default Rappy 660 Vs. Polaris Pedator 500

I realize the Rappy is a 660 and the Predator is 500, but the Predator is alot lighter, I believe. So my question is, which gives you more bang for your buck? Which has the better power to weight ratio?

wrong forum, But will you please post the weight of the pred and rappy cause I dont recall the pred being MUCH lighter. Us bomb guys "MOST" bomb guys dont get into these other machines. Its pretty simple, Why would you buy the 660 and not the 700?

With the Raptor you can beat anyone in a rollover contest. With the predator you can be the first one to be ejected sideways off the seat. Not sure if thats the racing your asking about but there you go. Oh and you need loctite for the predator.

Outlaw 500 439 lbs. Dry

Predator 500 415 lbs. Dry

Raptor 660 398 lbs. Dry

Raptor 700 396 lbs. Dry

Blaster 200 324 lbs. Dry

Suzuki Z400 372 lbs. Dry

Suzuki R450 368 lbs. Dry

Honda 450R 357 lbs. Dry

DS (sherman tank) 650X 495 lbs. Dry

Sorry about upsetting anyone, it was suggested to me to post in other forums to get an unbiased opinions, between the Rappy and Pred. I will ask a mod to remove this thread, I didn't mean to upset anyone. By the way I'm 36 not 15.

Jeez guys. You are a brutal bunch. The guy was asked to post in other manufacturer forums to get honest and unbiased opinions from some folks with experience that wouldn't give the standard answer you would find in the Yamaha or Polaris forums. I'll second that Mario was right...wrong forum!!!

LMFAO!! Darren

Hey, jkass- We didnt mean to come off the wrong way. I think you have miss-read the weight descriptions. I didnt think the Pred was alot lighter. Its not. I was just going by my total recall memory.lol

Dont get it deleted, We are here to help you too. If you are contemplateing a new machine you can word it in a much more high tech fashion. Like for instance "what are your opinions about these types of quads" We are not quad race-ist... not that bad at least.

What are your options? What kind of riding do you do? we can be of great help. All the bomb dudes are ingenious. Thats why we bought right the first time. Now a days (comming here real soon) there will be a web site that is going to have so many options geared for the DS it will be amazing. I cannot say what web site cause its not fully stacked yet. So there are many options. We cant tell ya much unless we have real time info.
