Default Brute extended warranty

how much does the Kawasaki GTPP four year extended waranty cost, and is it worth it? i'm gonna have to make a decision before the 6 mo warranty expires. i'm not planning any huge power mods except maybe the VDI CDI if that gets good real world reviews.

I used mine a handful of times and it definitely paid itself off and then some.

I paid $400 for an extra 2 years and I wish I hadn't. The biggest problem with these Brutes is that they can suck water and mud into the air box, even if you aren't in a hole real deep, the wheels throw it up there and the airbox sucks it into the motor (no inner fenders). You're looking at a $2200 repair bill with or without the warranty. it happened to a friend of mine's Brute twice and its happened to a whole lot of other, just do a search on "brute force airbox" if you don't believe me. SAVE YOUR MONEY! as a matter of fact, I wouldn't even buy one if they haven't re-designed that air box for 2006!!!

Will the 2006 air box retro fit on the 2005's. I haven't had the water issue and I am surprised I haven't cause I spend alot of time in the water.
