i was going up a steep hill, had some slick rocks in the middle.

I was going up just fine, then all of a sudden one wheel slipped on a rock and it just came over..

i fell off..started rolling..witht he 4-wheeler after me..then i hit a tree and i looked up seen it coming..kind of rolled into a ball..it hit me, rolled over top of me.. and landed on the seat and handle bars against a tree

I couldn't move it..some guy showed up on a pipe buggy and cut the tree down and helped me get it down..

Only damage was the bars and the red plastic cover.

All i got out of it was some bruised ribs..on my way home from the E-room, i stopped and bought some bars...i thought they were low when i got them..but didn't really care..i got home..they are like dirt bike bars.. So i can't used them, and called the company and they said they won't return them..

I guess i have to sell them.. Something is telling me they are CR-250 bend..anyone need a set? 60 shipped to your door!

i have pictures of it after the wreck..

I did close to the same thing on my 400Ex but I was not so lucky broke my left leg at the knee no riding for 3 months. I had a good recovery and ride like he11 now. but as far as you bars the cr250 bend should be good I use them on mine. and for the steering stem well I had to replace mine to and i ordered from the dealer 65 bucks plus tax. I hope this helped. what kind of bars are they?

Yeah I just flipped my quad, I took this huge step up but the takeoff wasnt big enough landed on the uphill bounced went sideways and got tossed. I bent my subframe, tierod, nerf bar, and broke off my thumb throttle.

EXaholic,
This is probably a really stupid question, but what all happened to your quad after it fell off the trailer? Was it on the freeway or a highway? Common sense says that it was totally trashed.

I have flipped my 300ex many, many times, but the worst was this summer I was in a hard packed dirt parking-lot with a budddy on his warrior and I had to show him what was faster. So I was in 5th pinned going aroud a right corner and the back end came out a little too much on the left side of me then when I went to recover I was too jerky with it and as soon as I new what was going on the back end was comming up really quick on my right side, then it caught a rock and went into orbit. My friends say that it must have flipped 5-6 times and that it was probably about 6-7 in the air. When everything was all over my machine had a little over $550 worth of damage and I had some cuts, some bruises, and a 1/4inch cash on my hip. Sience my 300ex was in repair my friend let me borrow his kx100 (I used to own a xr200 and race enduros so I know how to ride a bike) anyway about a week or two after I had been riding the kx I was topped out in a corn feild, got squirley and sent that bike up in the air. Now nothing happened to the bike, but I was knocked out for 15+min and ended up spending 2 days in the hospital and came out with a bruised brain and 2 poped blood vessels in my head. I DID HAVE A HELMET ON IN BOTH ACCIDENTS.
Ride HARD and FAST, but Under Control!!!!!
