I installed a winch on my 2001 big bear 400. while installing, I shorted one of the wires to the solenoid for the winch. Now when I try to start the bike, the engine starter continues to run. Also the oil temp light stays on unless I apply the park brake. What did I fry?

 

Without a wiring diagram that is going to be next to impossible to figure out. However if you could get your hands on one any electrical oriented person should be able to figure it out. good luck
