Default Raptor or Grizzly

Which one is better for my riding style.
I like to ride the trails about 3 times a year with a bunch of 400exs.
I currently have a raptor.
I live next to a swamp and like to do a little work around the house.

Is a grizzly good for the trails, what are the pros and cons of me switching? Thanks

we have some fellas that come over here a few times a year also with 400EX's,and i cant stand it,,,its a drag baby sitting them though areas every other minute, they are pitiful, constantly needing help,,,,couple that with no reverse, makes it even better

if your going to choose because you ride with them, stay with the Raptor,,,,,if your going to get a bike for work, get a Sportsman 700,,,the front bumper on the Grizz is pitiful, and you would have it caved in the first week and they are $120 bucks a pop

if you are looking to just be pulling a trailer around,or hauling a few bags of feed,or plowing snow, or something like a light work load, while wanting a sporty utility,,,Grizz all the way

Are there any major defects about the grizz?

Drove a grizz today and was wondering if i would be dissapionted by switching. I could only drive it for like ten minutes. It seemed to have alot of body roll, but was wondering if i would get used to it.

i have a raptor and my dad has a grizzly. the raptor is just a little faster. they are two totaly different wheelers. i was thinking of trading it for a grizz but i think that i will wait to get some $$$$ for a grizzly also. you will get use to the body roll. ride it for 30 min and you will forget about it.

ya they are great on the trails, ride very good, but you should get some 2" ofsett rims and 6 ply tires to get rid off the tippy fealing , my dads has them and it isn't tippy at all. they will even wheelie good

for ur type of riding i think the grizzly would be great for you. if u have a tippy feeling u could add on new tires and it'll all be gone. many people say that it feels tippy for them... but i think its fine and never felt any tippy feelings besides on very steep slopes (anybody on any quad would feel tippy on steep slopes). if u want a utility that still has speed and u can have fun on then the grizzly is right for u. good luck and i bet u wont regret it if u decide to get the grizz... its a proven machine.
