How well do the stock YFZ & Raptor Dunlop's do in desert/sandy conditions. I currently have Klaws and hate them! They spin, and slide way to much for my liking. I have some H-D's on order, but due to me being overseas it is gonna take 90+ days to get them from the dealer. Some of the Yammi's I see seem to get around in the desert/sand with minimal problems.

I know they are only a 2 ply tire, but I need something to replace the Klaws until the H-D's get here, and they are readily available here.

if you can get them cheap they would be ok if aired down to 3 psi. but overall they are junk too, but like I said they would be better than what you got but not if it costs alot.

 

Thanks warwgn! They run about $49 here. It is hard to get anything other than a OEM tire or paddle here.

Although I dont do alot of dune riding, I put on HD's this year and wow what a difference from the stock stuff. Good luck. The HD's are great.
