hi andy here just got my lad a lt50 for christmas already took out intake and exhuast restrictors also took out piggyback jet but what clip do u have to move.
also is there any good web sites that sell stuff or have info on

I run my son's with the clip in the top position.

CT Racing makes a great bolt on kit for $400 (Pipe, head, air filter, jets) ctracing.com

It makes great power and takes about 1 hr to install or less...

I had the National Porting done at PR Racing in Ohio (head & cylinder) and WOW it moves now!!! My boy can do donuts for days and the bike actually has some pep...definately turns most heads at the local track....nobody has seen one of the KFX/LT50s move that quick!!!! We also used the Wiseco piston kit...

Another way to get some performance is to block off the Premix injector on the side of the engine and run premix at 32:1 or 40:1...this really takes a lot of the hesitation out of the throttle. I run Castor 927 at 40:1


Really takes an effort to make these bike go fast and then the suspension is weak, but for $600 you can get Works shot all around.

Tire/Rim set up...Recreationtire.com $200 gets you new Douglas wheels and Snow Hog tires(these tires kick butt)

There is one mod that we are all waiting for ....The CT Racing clutch mod....the lack of bottom end really hurt this quad
