This summer I joined AMA and raced my first sanctioned hare scramble in Clifford PA . and when the announcer asked if anybody would come and race on Saturdays ,as long as it does not conflict with the GNCC racing like for our very own CHRIS BORICH which is here today racing with you all. Well that was nice! I was HOOKED! I have done alot of R & D on banshee mods to bring up the low-mid range power, Ishocks I5500 susp.kit 2 + 1 foward , ect .
I need help deciding do I spend time & $$ slowly modding out my 2002 banshee for MX racing or do I just sell it and get a YFZ some time in the late summer(when Ill have enough cash) and start mx racing. I just love my banshee and I keep wondering how would it handle after

Stuff from Denton Duncan Lonestar Trinity ect.. milling , porting I mean all out .. ...... So all in all @ the very end $3 to $4 thousand later, will this Banshee Perform on a MX Track above all or will the YFZ be just as good stock. What do I do ? Ive lost lots of sleep over this.

the banshee, is a complete monster. If you would like to upgrade the tires, suspension, chassis, and other components that are out of date, you can beat a yfz sure. Remember the banshee is a 2 cylinder 350cc 2 stroke engine, the only thing that doesn't make it the fastest stock quad is that everything else is out of date

 

Great way of looking at it . What do you mean chassis. What can be done to chassis?
