So I am resleeving a 2000 kodiak, but after ordering/recieving the new sleeve, it doesnt fit. the new sleeve is too small for the cylinder. I can just drop the sleeve in the cylinder and there is still 1.5 mm gap so the sleeve is just loose in there. Didnt yamaha increase the bore in 2000 from 386cc's to 401cc's? The wiseco website shows the bore to be 83mm, but the Yamaha specs shoe it to be 84.5mm (which is where I'm getting the extra 1.5mm I guess). Has anyone ever resleeved a 2000+ kodiak before? If so where did you get your parts? The wiseco website even shows the piston to be 83mm so the piston they sent me is too small also. Any help would be good.
