I'm about to purchase a 05 450R and I'm really looking forward to it as I have read much here and everyone seems to enjoy. My question is I'm 6'-2", 210 lbs and I have sat on the bike and it doesn't seem small other than I'm used to utility quads and with no front rack and smaller front fenders it appears smaller up front, my question will this bike feel to small for me once I start riding?

I doubt it. I am 6'6" and 220 and it feels great to me. You should consider a +1 steering stem. A set of factory pegs from a 2006 450R will be 1/2" lower too which will help.
