Default alittle carb help

I'm trying to adjust a carburetor on a polaris trailblazer, i think it is an 30 mm, but not sure, both screws on the right side air screw and gas screw (i guess), have been reset all the way clockwise , so now i need to know how much to turn them out. any help will be appreciated, thanks.

One is your air screw and one is the idle screw. You need to turn the airscrew out 2 turns to start with. Idle screw adjusted to lowest rpms without it stalling. Once running you turn the airscrew clockwise or counter slowly and listen for the highest idle. Once highest idle is heard then you can adjust idle back down with idle screw.
