A friend of mine has a 2002 scrambler 400 4x4 and wants to spend 1000 bucks to get the best trail modded torque yanking 4x4 he can get. I know that the two stroke isnt a torque monster but he still wants the most trail torque available. And if he can womp on other sport quads in the process then even better. What do you and who do you recomend to carry this mod off. Thanks.

Hey, Rick Ritter......... He'll be straight up about the best bang for the buck.........

 

The 400 has lots of torque. He can call Rick at Ritter cycle or go to HPD. Rick also carries HPD products. The trail pipe and agressive clutch kit with porting and that scrammy will scream.

 

HPD trail mod kit...about 56 hp for about $900. Get the flywheel lightened by Rick Ritter for less than $100 and you'll have a screamin 4x4!

 

i basically just trail ride with my scrambler, its the fastest bike in our area. i raced a raptor .. it barely beat me off bottom end and i got it top end, put a jet kit and k&n fillter charger n bore it out, best money i ever spent, smaller belt helps like crazy

 

Go witht he RcR kit and get a TEAM secondary from HPD.
