hey guyss.... the topic is simply my question? when and how do i know the 400ex is borken in???? i rode about 2 hours today(just got it today, and i know 2 hoyurs isnt enoguh, what is good , around 10 or so??? anything i should look for?? thanx a lot guys...

There is really nothing to look for. I would say take it easy on the motor until you run 4 or 5 tanks of gas through it. After a couple tanks of gas, you can have short bursts of speed to help seat the rings, but don't sustain high engine speeds or loads until then. Even after that it will continue to loosen up until it has maybe 100 hours or so on it. Good luck. A properly broken in Honda engine will seem to run about forever.

thanx guys..... i appreiciate it, i rode about 5 hours now... and it seems to be breaking in, seems snapier and quicker,.... after about 2 tanks ill start rippin a little more.... and paul dont talk like u dont goto school..... i live and shenandoah and i dont talk like a retard..... =P
