Default is a 330 worth it

I have been saving up for a while and I want to get a good amount of out of my 300 and I was wondering if the 330 is worth it? If you have any other suggestions in upgrades please let me know and if you think the 330 is worth it then please tell me a good pipe to buy with it thanks

i would say it is worth it because i plan to put a .40 over wiseco kit, hotcams, valve springs, and an hmf slip-on onto my 300. go on to the worldwideperformance1.com and they have a- ton of pipes for cheap prices, and call them and they will tell you the best pipe for your bike.

IMO, I would save the big bore for later and start with the valve train and head. The last time I checked, hotcams doen't make a cam for the 300ex. So web and megacams are the only grinders, and when you start talking serious power, your talking some money. I've seen 300's that the time and money was spent on the cam and head work, with the stock bore, spank big bored 300's. I'd say if you combined the two, it would really rock. BUT at that point, you could have traded the 300 and saved your money, and bought a bigger, faster quad to start with.
