Default Outlaw review-a quick overview

I got to throw my leg over an outlaw today. Bieng an mx guy I was extremly sceptical of an IRS suspension on a sport quad, of course thats past tense...I'm a believer. I started by looking it over...first thoughts was the rear boots are well placed and protected on the inside and pretty well on the outside as well. The machine had radiator scoops on it from the factory(I wonder if they bolt up on a predator?). The battery was located in behind the front shroud...not following the norm, but the norm isn't always right. The steering stem was off center(to make room for the battery). Fox podiums out back and std Fox shocks up front. Sitting on the machine it feels very similar to a predator as far as bars controls and so forth. And speeking of controls the predator master cyl has not made a reappearance instead a small all metal unit has a new home. My first ride impresions are(and this is without turning a single setting on the shocks)the machine is NOT tippy however its very stable(no not like a solid axle...but remember this is strait out of the box)and corners very well...through ruts, flat corners, and high birms. The brakes are GREAT...the fronts were awesome...and after the ride I gave the fronts a spin test and they didn't drag like other models have. After a few minutes I decided it was safe enough to huck this monster off a jump or two. It jumped great reacting to my body english easily making it feel much lighter than it is. The balance was great, the quad responds to brake and throtle in the air like an mx machine, but its got some serious ground clearance. What can I say other than the shocks soaked up what I threw at them in style. I blasted a set of heavily rutted and off camber woops on the machine and it tracked through the course strait without getting thrown side to side as the solid rr axle does. Fun quad...I'd expect the other manufacturers to follow with thier own versions.

The machine belongs to "a little birdie". I rode it on my track at my house...there was a camera or two out there I'll have to get a pic up

I really don't work at all. Just kinda play on the internet all day. As soon as you have a chance to ride one...give it hell...its a blast...I managed 2 pics out of the deal...both look like spy footage from the 60's but I'll throw em up anyways
