Default 04Yamoto110help

If anyone can please help.I recently purchased a new 04 Yamoto110 for my son. Since I gave it to him for Christmas, it has been having a problem, and the dealer has failed to repair it. Everything runs fine for 15-20mins. After the engine is warm, taking off from an idle the engine will bog down, if you make it through this point it will run fine at a high rpm. Where can I order parts for this atv?

Make sure your fuel tank is vented and Raceway for parts.

Fuel tank is vented fine, took carb off and cleaned it, tried setting it richer and leaner just fouled a couple of plugs. The carb. was set right in the beginning. Also checked the fuel line and petcock for plastic shavings, didn't find any. Still having the same symptoms.

Try changing the needle position. This controls 1/4 to 3/4 throttle. Also you can try to give it some choke to see if it runs better. If you turn the choke on at different positions then give it gas and see if it bogs.

Are you refering to the needle on top hooked to the throttle? If so I have tried it in all 5 positions, just made it run to rich or lean, it worked best as originally set in the middle. I tried turning the choke into different positions, it just made it die. This morning I took the tank off drained it, got some trash out, cleaned the petcock, the fuel line, and the carb.,all lines and carb. were very clean. Is there possibly something that could hang up in the carb? It seems to run rich when it starts to stall out. Thanks for the help 2many.
