400ex valve adjustment specs

I need to adjust the valves in my 400ex i have a web cam in it does any one know the specs

400ex valve adjustment specs

honda specs are 0.004" for intake, 0.005" for exhaust. I'm not sure if your cam manufacturer recommends different specs or not but these are whats listed in the service manual.
