simple power 4 05' raptor 660
#1
I am going to put a slip-on pipe and K&N filter on my 05' Raptor 660, right now it is bone stock. My question is, what is the best slip on exhaust to put on? I am leaning towards the pro circuit T-4, HMF, or LRD. I get a little confused reading the specs on all the diffferent types of exhaust systems because they all say they have the biggest hp gains (someone is lying) so that is why I come to those of you who already have slip-on exhausts to help me get the best one. I don't need a rocket ship, but I'm tired of coming in last in the drag races at the dunes!!!!!!! I'll be going to Gordons Well over Presidents Day for only the second time in my life, anyway I hope to be getting the exhaust in the next week.
This is my first time on this forum. I had no idea this type of thing existed, it's great.
thx hope to hear from some of you soon

i think i am correct when i say this but.. the full system is welded together... so if you bought a slipon and wanted a full system later. .then no.. if you wanted to add a full system from stock later on then yes..

Remember, 90-95% of the raptors on the dunes will be piped(full) and pretty(bolt ons, handle bars) so its not hard to keep with them. Watch for the older guys that look stock, they are usually the ones with all the motor work. WHy??? Because all the cool bling in the world is hard to see when its in somones roost!!!
Glad to help if you have any other questions

I've actually had someone mention toothing down the sprocket. I'll have to ask my mechanic the cost on front vs. rear. For sure I'm putting K&N filter on, but were thinking new air box in conjunction with it or just saying go to a K&N filter? Is there tht much of a difference? If I put a slip-on now I could add the full system to later, what brand would you go. Someone mentioned HMF comes welded together as fullsystem? Someone mentioned Yousie as a brand, is that short for Yoshomira? Can't find Yousie brand anywhere? Anyway heard Yoshomira is very loud, would rather stay a little quieter.
