Desert Cat 90 Stupid Question time...
#1
Hey Guys,
OK now I'm a biologist by training and not used to the engine room on this starship.
Looking at the manual and the service manual for my Desert Cat 90 ......I'm not sure where
to add the gear oil. There is a couple of ports covered by plastic doors near the kick start, but
that is the only thing I have been able to spot. Then again I have only had time to look at it
at night so lighting was not great.
Told you it was stupid. You can all laugh now....

The gears are not behind the plastic cover. That is where the belt and pullies are. There should be a cap on top of the tranny. Between the back portion of the cvt and the front sprocket.

Thanks. It didn't look like it went in the side from what I saw on the manual. I'll have to go out and look at it
now while the sun is out (sort of).
