Default air filter treatment

I just cleaned my airfilter with pj1 solevent cleaner (the blue can) and now im ready to put on the foam treatment (the red can) and it sez only apply at 70 degrees well the problem is its the middle of winter and its nowhere near 70 do think it would be ok to apply it at 45 degrees.

Default air filter treatment

It comes out thicker when cold but it really dosn't make a tramatic difference in airflow. So no it wouldn't be a problem.
