Just got my wifes 150 nice atv alittle small but good for her shaft drive manual ordered auto got manual with shaft drive deales said he could not take it back once we put gas in it. Why is it so hard to start ? it takes a while to start it is it because it is new ? Or if it is cold outside but this thing is very hard to start once it is warmed up no problem but to start it when its cold forget it it takes forever! any tips?

 

The automatic choke on them sucks. If you can find a way to cover the intake inlet with a rag to choke it , it may start better. You can also get a carb with a manual choke.
