Default JETTING QUESTIONS!!!!!

This depends on a lot of things, but usually you should rejet. If it's already jetted a little on the rich side you might be ok, but here's the way I see things:

To get the most power out of your quad you need the fuel/air ratio to be perfect or close to it. If you allow your engine to pass more air through, you also need to add more fuel to keep the ratio on target. If you're going to spend that much $$$ on exhaust to get power gains, why not spend a few hours jetting it right and get the most power out of it?

Default JETTING QUESTIONS!!!!!

If the dealer repairs quads (which most dealers do) they will jet it for you, but it will be expensive. It cost me $150 to get mine jetted the first time. After paying that bill I learned how to do my own jetting real quick. It's not too hard to do. It's just a little time consuming, but it's something you should know anyways. When the weather gets colder or warmer you should rejet anyways because of the changing air densities.
