so i was racing my quad last weekend and it was open class and got my @ss handed to me by all the 400s and 450s and decided it was time to upgrade to something faster and my qeustion is with of these quads is best for fast and slow rocky trail rideing ...hill climbs....fairly deep mud...and XC raceing and drag raceing...i also dont want to spend much more then 3000 cause im 16 and money doesnt come to quick for me and i hope to get 2500 for my 300ex and save the rest up on my owen..any help would be great thanks very much...1 more thing ive kinda been looking a lot at the preditor and 400ex but not sure if its the way to go

 

first pred, then 400ex but the pred will be expensive.

 

I would also say pred, and then the Z400, and then the 400ex.

I too would also say Predator, but also would agree with Hoopie on that it WILL be more expensive. I also may have a bias since I own a pred... but oh well. The Predator's only real downside IMO is the lack of aftermarket parts.. Sure they are there if you really look, but there are ALOT more for most other makes.

EDIT: Also, you might want to check www.predatorowners.com for one. Sometimes there are very good deals on there.
