joshiepoo: while I agree that I have products in my house that are made in China, I do in fact try to "Buy American" whenever possible. That said, I do think it is important to do buisness with reputable companies.
Does China’s illegal acquisition of arms affect me? Absolutely; I’m one of the many people that could potentially have to face those weapons one day. China is also known to pass their knowledge onto other countries that aren’t near as nice and sweet as they are.

We should be thankful Yamaha is builing the unmanned helicopters! I heard there are already reports that the one-way's are going out and they're having transmission problems. I dont think we have much to worry about unless they switch to Honda.

Hmmm, yes well have you looked at the tage on the clothes you are wearing? Or how about all the clothes you own? It would be an easy bet that most if not all of those clothes are made in China or some other third World country by child labor.
Actually, if you check out www.buyamerican.com you will find several companies that produce clothing in the US. I try to buy most of my clothing from them. And believe it or not, not all 3rd world countries allow child labor. Yes, I know there is a lot of countries allow child labor (China, India, Egypt, etc), but not all.

Out to the left? Heck no, not me. I am as far to the right as you can be, and proud of it. It is a shame to see Yamaha do something like that. I am sure it is not the first time that a company has done something to this effect, but it is a shame when it happens.

You know it is funny how we in America are so against kids working. Most families in this country need two incomes to make ends meet anymore. Those 3rd world countries you refer to are just a little more advanced in this direction in that the whole family has to have job to make ends meet. Isn't that where we are headed anyway?
You lefty's think you are helping but when that family has to start eating dried leaves instead of rice because little Johnny can't get a job thanks to world pressure on humanitarian rights. Do ya really think the Dictator of that country is going to give up some of his income so the kids don't have to work??!!
enFORCER you hypocrite! LOL J/K
