Default 1991 Yamaha Warrior

hey guys my friend is looking to buy a banshee and offered to sell me his warrior, he breaks it alot because he hits alot of jumps but he just about changed everything so i cant see anything else that would be worn out, it has new tires (maxxis mud tires rear and razr's in the front), new FMF mega max2 silencer, spare DG pipe, hes changing the shifter fork, FMF 909 bars and over all its in pretty decent shape for the year, i do not want to pay to much for a older bike but he said he'd give it to me for 1200$ canadian which is about 900 USD do you think its worth it?

are you sure it's a 1991? It's got the headlights from a 1994-2004. If he's jumped it a lot make sure you look the frame over very closely for bends, or cracked paint where there could be a bend. That tends to be an expensive repair.

yes i am 100% sure its a 1991 i think the guy before him switched the lights off, its better for me because i like the newer style lights on it, the engine is a 1998 and the frame and everything is straight, its a pretty tight bike i am going to take a good look at it and tell ya'll if i get it or not

that's definitely a plus if the engine's from a 98. Unless you can find any major problems with it $900 U.S. is a good deal

If you know the bike that well and everything is all good, then it's a good price. Buy it.
