Default heel guards for the DS

I have seen IMS heel guards on other DS, but they were not the roll design which I have been seeing on all the web sites. The ones that I have seen are made of 3/8`` solid alum. bar stock and a alum. plate on the bottom behind the peg. I would rather not buy new pegs.

Hi KaylasDaddy,

I hear you on the cost of the IMS parts but I can tell you the Pegs and Heel guards are great !
They are truely one of the best investments I have made.
I pull off lots of tricky stuff on my DS at the tops of dunes and Never Ever worry about footing.
They just become a seemless part of the bike that work flawlessly !
In my opnion its a great combination ...
I held off on getting them till the end as I wanted more power from the DS first ... but once you use the IMS pegs ... the stockers just wont due...

You really should look around for a good price and get em...

I tried to get some Aero Techs, paid for them online, then they sent me that they are not going to produce them, only leaves Diamond G and IMS, or the AC Racing.

do you have a pic of these guards? i am going for a certain look and and all the ones i have seen are called rolled guards. i actually ground the points off of the left guard so i could slide my foot better so traction is not an issue to me, nor is the cost . i just want a wicked cool look.
