if you're going to trade up, go for the z400. The honda is older technology, and isn't really that much faster than the 350. The 350 is a great trail bike, but it doesn't have as much power, and the suspension isn't up to par with the rest of the sport quads on the market.

If your looking to up grade why don't you go for something like a 700r or a 660r (dealers still have a few 05's in stock). But between the Z and the TRX I'd go for the Suzuki.

i like the 350 better than all of them. My friend had a kfx which is the same as a z and that thing got totally wrecked. It was an 05 and he changed oil regularly and kept everything clean and it still broke. I would keep the 350 because of reliability and plus the 400ex is not htat much faster

Well i have a warrior i set up for flattrack....And it took alot of money to get it to run with the other quads....And i will tell you one thing...If your going for speed its not worth it...My warrior will smoke a 400ex in a dragrace..But if they have the 440ex kit..Well its a diffent story...About 3 quad lenths diffents....There is only so much you can do with a old school warrior...And it took me around $4000.00 worth of stuff to figure that out....Yeah i have a fast warrior....But its not worth the money...When you can spend just a little more and get a Z400....Then you can put there 440 kit in a Z400 or KFX400 and they run really well....Dont get me wrong.. I dont ride the warrior much anymore...But there fun quads and very dependable.....And One prob i ran into building a warrior was keeping it cool....But i put a rappy cooling fan on it and it help a little....

Dont even mess with the Raptor 350. The Honda has old 1999 technology but the warriors motor is pretty much the same as it was back in 87. The 400ex motor has a lot of potential and can be made into something fast for cheap but it has its limits. The suzuki has a much more advanced motor but you cant beat the reliability of a Honda, even in modified form. A Predator is about the best thing you can get for your money. They dont cost much more than a 400ex (about 3k for an 03) and they have much more potential than the z400. Not to mention their reliability is on-par with a Honda. Honestly; if I didn't get such a good deal on my raptor 660, I would have bought a predator and I'd do a trade for a TLE right now if the offer came up.
