Default WTF??? Mr HP endcap...what???

All,
Looking to buy one these endcap and have a couple of questions.
1. Where to buy??? I read numerous posts relating to this product but I'm not seeing where to buy it.
2. Does this require a jetting change. Currently have a 05 DS no mods and I'd like to avoid screwing up my bike.
3. Is there a better end cap solution beside buying a 200.00+ pipe?

Thank YOU!

you can buy the HPresearch one at www.hpresearch.net and you can buy a supertrapp disked enddcap at www.on-dunes.com and there are also hpresearch copies on ebay and some places. Yes you will have to rejet it is like adding a aftermarket slipon it is flowing strait through now and you should go up a somewhere around a 175 main.

bombaman, no matter what you put on the end of your pipe you will need to rejet, which is a good thing. If I had a stock bike I would get a supertrapp disked enddcap that way if you ever make it up to MI, you can ride.

Thank you all for your input. I'll check them out at the sites listed. Can someone explain why the bike needs to be rejetted? More or less fuel? Do the instructions say what jets to use? I've had bad experiences in the past attempting to jet a 2 smoker and I don't want to go back thru that.

the only bad part will be getting the bowl screws out.If you buy anything from hpr or ondunes im
sure they will point you in the right direction.
Im probably the only one to find mine to ritch and had to go down on size.

Sorry about that musta had a brain fart. What does the pipe do that affects the air or fuel going into the combustion chamber that would need a jetting adjustment. I would assume that your not sucking anymore air or fuel in because of the pipe......
