I am looking at Upsizing the tires on my Raptor to smooth out the bumps in the trail. I would like to get some 26" Holeshot ATRs on the raptor.

What all is going to be required to complete this task?

Need Arctic cat Wheels for the back, and Sportsman Wheels for the front.

Extend swing arm 4"

will i have to go +2" or more foreward to maintain use of my nerfs? without nerfbars i figure i could stay at the stock location in front.

will my shocks have to be revalved or sprung in the front to compensate for additional tire/wheel mass? rear shock will need done due to swingarm.

would I need to modify anything else? to make this work?

Not really. But it would be a fun project/experiment for me. I can get anywhere i wanna go with 22's... However larger diameter tires will roll over roots, rocks and bumbs in the the trails smoother.

Well, I think it would look unique. A sport quad with utility tires and rims. Sounds like it would handle like crap, but the gorund clearance would be awesome.

I have pictures of a Super Bomb Done up this way. It looks pretty slick and from what i hear it rides real nice aswell.

The way it would handle is the big problem. you just might bounce right off the trail

definetely need to change sprockets. I'd probably upgrade the brakes too, it will be a lot harder to stop 26's than 22's. I went from 20's to 22's on my quadracer. The brakes had enough left in them to lock up the 20's , but not the 22's.
