I have a 01 Raptor 660. I just put a new k&n air filter, fmf header, modeled a LRD pipe to header and was wondering what would be a good jet size to start with? How relative to sea level (where I ride) can a account for being around 500 ft above?

try contacting lrd, they should be able to give you a good baseline

 

Try 25 pilot, 160/165 main. This is what I run with my rator with GYTR header, muffler, K&N no lid. It runs well up to about 1000 feet, unless it is hot & dry. If you keep the lid on, I think 145/150 but I am not sure.
