How do i get the oil change light out on a Rubicon 650

yes I think, its not mine its a friends it a honda 650 it auto or push button shift, he changed the oil and the oil change light will not go out, don't know what to do

Default Oil change light on a Rubicon 650

it might have a reset combination like my pickup to clear the change engine oil on my truck after changing, you simply turn the key and pump the gas 3 times, done deal. but if thats the type of similar reset it would be in your owners manual or local dealer would know

Default Oil change light on a Rubicon 650

On Foremans you press the Trip/ODO button and hold down RESET button for several seconds until the oil change light goes out.

I suspect the Rincon is similar. The owner's manual will describe how to reset it.
